Star Light, Star Bright

Standing in the front yard with Collin one night.

"Daddy.  I see a star"

"Make a wish."

"Star light, star bright.  I wish I have a wish tonight."

"What did you wish for?"

"I wished my friend Sarah was in my closet."

"What?"

"I want her to by my little sister.  I would keep her safe in the closet"

Collin, "If it ain't broke, don't break it!"

Run You Ragged

Been away for awhile.  Last night I was talking with Ian, now 16 and a sophomore, about his new class schedule. "I'm not looking forward to gym." "Why?" "This guy will run you rancid."  And he meant smelly because he went on to say that even though there are showers, no one is allowed to use them.
